Enjoying a few days at the beautiful Sunset Beach, NC before departing for San Salvador in less than two weeks! Tasty Italian dinners, Valentine's gifts, long walks on the beach, sunny and breezy days, sunset runs.
The only thing I lament is that it seems impossible to escape technology now. We've all been glued to our computer or phone screens far too many hours of the day. Myself not excluded, although I try to limit computer time until after dark so that I can enjoy these gorgeous days.
Reading a fantastic book: "A Deadly Misunderstanding: A Congressman's Quest to Bridge the Muslim-Christian Divide" by Mark Siljander. Plenty of food for peaceful, common-ground thought.
Until next time, in my slide show to the right are a few pictures of beach time! My Chacos are glued to my feet. A gorgeous hawk was passing through the area yesterday and I caught a few pictures of it.
